She met her husband, Corey, at school and have been in private practice together since 2005. They live in Ashburn and have two beautiful boys, Chase and Ashton. They have been expanding their Palmercare team to eight locations throughout the DC metropolitan area and plan on continuing to grow nationally. Dr. Vivian loves spending valuable time with family, working out and doing pilates, reading, and learning new techniques to implement into the clinics. The Palmercare team has been honored with recognitions by the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce for community leadership, the Apollo Leadership Award, the Top Chiropractors of America for multiple years, Loudoun Woman Magazine, and the top 100 Amazing People of Loudoun County. Dr. Corey Malnikof, DC

Imagine a four-year-old boy with such bad asthma that he had to go to the emergency room twice a week to get a shot of adrenalin just so his lungs would open enough to breathe! Doctor after doctor said that he would just have to modify his lifestyle; that would mean no sports and no going outside in the cold.

That four-year-old boy was me! My parents eventually took me to the local chiropractor and spontaneously — after a week or two of visits — my asthma disappeared. I went on to play sports and I excelled at them very much; I was even able to play some college sports. I can also say that every time I was injured and told to take the customary “six to eight weeks off”, I would go see my chiropractor and would be back at practice the next day. My coaches even called my chiropractor the “voodoo doctor” because of how quick I would come back. The decision to become a chiropractor was an easy one for me. The best part is that now I get to see the miracles every day!

I moved to Davenport, Iowa to receive my education at Palmer College of Chiropractic. There was no other school that I would have attended as Palmer is the “Fountainhead of Chiropractic”… it is where chiropractic started. I made it my mission to excel at school and I did just that! I was honored that my peers voted me into the Vogt Leader Society; an honor available to only 0.002% of students that attend Palmer. I was also elected president of the largest national student political association. While at Palmer, I focused on my future patients and, as such, attended a multitude of seminars to master as many techniques as possible. I thoroughly enjoyed the clinical aspect of my education and was selected to teach diagnosis courses, orthopedic courses, take care of patients in the physical therapy department, and help teach other students how to care for their patients. My education was one of the best experiences of my life and now it is my privilege to share it with my practice members.

Our Philosophy

It’s simple: we don’t just want you to get healthy, we want you to learn how to stay healthy. We believe that the largest advancement in healthcare is the informed consumer. More and more people are learning more and more about healthcare. While half of our mission is to make sure you get the best care possible, the other half of our mission is to educate and empower you on health and wellness. We believe that the more you know about your own health (and health in general), the healthier you will be.

Dr. Vivian is my partner and my wife. We met at Palmer and, after graduation, I followed her here. Since moving to the area we have had a beautiful baby boy Chase, we have bought a house in Ashburn Village and have two beautiful dogs: Kingston, and Maggie. I enjoy sports on my off time and am a self-proclaimed self-help junkie. I love to read books and listen to audios on the subject.

I do not believe in the saying “Do what I say, not what I do.” This is why I make it a point to continually work on my own health. I get adjusted at least once a week and I get regular re-exams. I take my USANA life packs for supplemental health every day. I go to the gym at 5:00am to stay in shape and prepare for the day. I try my best to eat organic food and, from time to time, I juice. I also occasionally jog with our dogs. Most importantly I do daily affirmations which give me peace of mind. I am just now getting into meditation and I believe that regular meditation will literally allow a person to live longer. I also make sure to stay updated on what is going on in alternative health care because I also believe that the more I know about health, the healthier I will be.
